Letter & Line Literary Magazine

Letter & Line (formerly known as Alembic) is a literary and arts magazine sponsored by the Creative Writing Program at Portland Community College's Sylvania campus. It appears once a year, at the end of winter term.
The publication highlights the creative work of PCC students--stories, poems, drawings, photographs, paintings, and other artworks.
General Guidelines
- Submissions are accepted through February 25.
- Submit poems, stories, creative nonfiction, artwork and photography. View guidelines specific to each genre.
- You only need submit a cover letter and bio with your first uploaded file.
- The Alchemy/Letter & Line Editing and Publishing class reserves editorial control of all material submitted and protects all rights.
- Consider submitting to our annual publication, Alchemy Literary Magazine, 80-100 pages in full color and perfect bound. Submission deadline is in March, publication mid-June.
